With the rise of mental health awareness, more people are turning to phone applications (apps) for mental health help. Apps are convenient, easily accessible, and available 24/7. Phones can be used for a multitude of mental health exercises, including guided meditation sessions, a portable journal, or a bedtime story. In general, many people find comfort in using their phones to help improve mental health. Improvement can range from a happier mindset to a decrease in anxiety.
